1. Are your stickers waterproof/weatherproof?
Stickers that are printed on vinyl and laminated (refer to each item's description) will be water RESISTANT, not waterproof or weatherproof. Please avoid washing harshly and using hot water. For example - if you stick them on a water bottle, a cold hand-wash will be okay. My stickers are best used for decorating stationery, journals, letters, photos etc.
2. Why does my new keychain have scratches/look dull?
All keychains have a thin plastic film that protects it during transport. You can carefully peel it off using your fingernails or a pair of tweezers.
3. Can I choose my Blind Bag item?
For these items, the design(s) you receive are randomly selected and cannot be guaranteed. Please keep this in mind, especially if purchasing more than one of the same listing. If you request a specific design when you order (e.g., through order notes), your whole order will be fully refunded to avoid further issues.
4. Which countries do you ship to?
I am based in Melbourne, Australia. As of May 2025, I am only taking orders within Australia, and all prices are in AUD. I plan on taking orders from New Zealand and the Asia Pacific (as defined by Australia Post’s international zones) in late 2025. 5. Does my online order come with tracking?
If your order only includes paper items like Die-cut Stickers, Sticker Sheets, Prints etc, it will NOT automatically come with tracking. Search “Shipping Upgrade” on my Ko-fi Shop to upgrade these types of orders to tracked shipping. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your AusPost tracking number.
If your order includes non-paper items like Keychains/Charms, Badges etc, it WILL automatically come with tracking. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your AusPost tracking number.6. When will my online order be shipped?
After placing your order, please allow 7-14 business days for your order to be processed before being shipped. You will receive email updates for your order, and general shipping updates will be posted on @leaftoastie's Instagram Stories.
7. When will I receive my online order?
Once shipped, please allow up to 3-10 business days for your order to arrive at your destination (up to 14 business days if you’re located in a rural area). All orders are shipped with Australia Post. If it has been more than 3 weeks since your order has been shipped, please send an email to [email protected]!
8. Do you accept returns and exchanges?
No returns or exchanges are accepted. If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong items, please send an email to [email protected] as soon as possible!
9. I made a mistake, can I change my order?
Please send an email to [email protected] as soon as possible! If your order has not been dispatched yet, I will do my best to fix any problems. If your order has already been dispatched, no more changes can be made as it’s been passed to AusPost. Please double check your items, contact information, address etc before checking out.
